The golden rule: always promote your personal website, not the partner platforms.

You CAN:

  • Share your personal referral website (already approved and tracked to you)

  • Promote the benefits clients will get (like expert support, multiple quotes, easy experience)

  • Speak in your own voice to build trust and familiarity

  • Post consistently, as long as you're not using restricted branding (see below)

🚫You CANNOT:

  • Use the name “VIU by HUB” in public-facing materials or social media

  • Post any logos, graphics, videos, or captions from VIU, NST, or carriers

  • Imply that you quote, bind, or service personal lines policies

  • Claim appointment or partnership with a carrier or platform you're not authorized to represent
